As the Director Software Ops – BMS Channel, you will be accountable for leading the BMS product business transformation into a recurring Software based, leveraging global resources, driving software adoption, focused BMS partners globally. You will be responsible for developing delivery strategies, supporting the BMS partners including but not limited to supervising the delivery and deployment of the connected solutions. The role includes managing the team of Global Partner Success Managers (PSM) including ensuring removal of any roadblocks for implementation are addressed, determining the Connected Offerings SIOP on behalf of partners and reporting progress.
You will report directly to our Vice President General Manager and you’ll work out of our Atlanta, GA location on a hybrid work schedule.
ResponsibilitiesPosition Responsibilities:
- Enable and drive Connected Solutions delivery supporting our partners including enabling a Partner Success Model.
- Drive training programs for Partners using Forge Academy
- Lead and enable Connected Managed Services for our partners
- Support the BMS Connected Sales organization with developing value propositions for our connected solutions portfolio along with our partners.
- Act as a liaison between the Global Marketing and product development teams, ensuring that local customer needs are addressed in offering development.
- Be responsible for developing processes and tools to improve efficiency and delivery time.
- Drive all necessary activities across his team to achieve the BMS Channel Connected financial commitments.
- Owns of the BMS Partner communication plan and plays a critical role in driving the change globally. This includes leading the communication with relevant audiences, highlighting the process, activities, publicizing achievements , distributing relevant materials, provide lessons learned and best practices.
- Be involved in Customer meetings and events to support the BMS Sales teams.
