Job summary: We are a leading Software as a Service (SaaS) company that specializes in the transformation of data in the US healthcare industry through cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Engineering and AI Product Delivery Leader to join our team and lead the technical strategy for our Health Tech SaaS product lines. In this pivotal role, the candidate will be responsible for defining the architectural vision, overseeing integration with customer systems, and building high-performing technical teams. Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities:

• Define Technical Strategy:- Lead the development of the technical strategy for our Health Tech SaaS product lines, aligning with business objectives and market trends. Define and communicate the architectural vision, ensuring scalability, security, and innovation.
• Oversee Integration with Customer Systems:-Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to understand integration requirements and design solutions that seamlessly connect with customer systems. Ensure compliance with relevant data privacy and security regulations in all integration efforts.
• Build High-Performing Technical Teams:-Recruit, mentor, and develop a team of highly skilled engineers and AI specialists. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the technical teams.
• Drive Product Delivery Excellence:- Lead the delivery of high-quality, innovative products within defined timelines and budgets. Implement best practices for product development, project management, and quality assurance.
• Collaborate Across Functions:- Work closely with product management, sales, and customer success teams to understand customer needs and translate them into technical requirements. Collaborate with external partners to leverage complementary technologies and capabilities.
• Strategic Partnerships, Research and Development: Establish and manage strategic partnerships with technology vendors, research institutions, and industry leaders. Lead research and development initiatives to remain on the forefront of AI technology in healthcare.
• Leadership and Collaboration: Lead and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, promoting a culture of innovation, efficiency, and excellence in technology and business operations.

Desired Profile: 

• Engineering graduate from a renowned and accredited engineering college or university.
• Proven growth journey from developer to leadership in fast-paced IT product companies
• Understanding of Technology, Business & Client
• Proven track record of defining technical strategy, architecting scalable solutions, and leading successful product delivery initiatives.
• Understanding of AI technologies and their applications in the healthcare domain will be preferred
• Experience in building and leading high-performing technical teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for leveraging technology to drive positive outcomes in healthcare.
• Proven expertise managing details and balancing multiple projects and tasks
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• It will be an added advantage if you have the following skills:-
  • Domain knowledge of Healthcare data
  • Experience in driving large-scale customer management, Experience in no sql, kafka, big data systems, micro services will be preferred
  • Some Experience in infrastructure, some Experience of AWS/Azure cloud
  • Some knowledge and experience of AI/ML
