**Requirements**
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
* 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
* Strong technical expertise in software development methodologies, programming languages, and software architecture
* Proven track record of delivering large-scale software projects on time and within budget
* Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
* Experience with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices

* Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
* Experience in the insurance industry or financial services sector
* Strong knowledge of cloud-based technologies and migration strategies
* Experience with cybersecurity and data protection best practices
