As a Director of Software Engineer at JPMorgan Chase within the Commercial and Investment Banking's Equities Futures & Options Execution Technology, you will lead a newly formed Execution DevOps team, building global DevOps coverage across Exchange Connectivity, Algorithmic Trading, and Market Data, and aligning strategy and tooling with the Order Management DevOps team. You will drive resiliency, automation, CI/CD, testing, and rapid recovery to support an always-on (24/7) trading operating model, leveraging AI-enabled innovation to improve stability and speed of change.
