Your Mission
As the Director of Smart Tracking & AdTech Integration, you'll lead the engineering and optimization of our performance tracking systems. You’ll be the point person for all things Everflow, attribution, and data infrastructure. Your job: make sure every click, lead, and sale is tracked, validated, and visualized—with zero gaps.
What You’ll Do
- Lead Everflow Strategy: Implement and maintain Everflow tracking across campaigns, partners, and platforms—configuring postbacks, click URLs, and S2S integrations.
- Code Clean Funnels: Write, test, and deploy tracking logic across HTML/CSS/JavaScript landing pages and Shopify checkouts.
- Build Integrations: Connect Shopify, CTRwow, Klaviyo, and payment CRMs using Python, REST APIs, and webhook flows.
- Diagnose Fast: Spot data breaks, troubleshoot partner errors, and resolve tracking issues in real time.
- Create Systems: Build tagging standards, documentation, and reusable tracking modules for rapid deployment.
- Support Growth: Collaborate with media buyers, analysts, and developers to ensure all campaigns track cleanly and scale predictably.
Tech Stack You’ll Use
- Everflow (Postbacks, partner setup, container tags)
- JavaScript (Custom events, click logic, error debugging)
- Python (Backend tracking and API integrations)
- HTML5/CSS3 (Pixel and event embedding on-page)
- SQL (Attribution queries, data validation)
- Shopify (Custom checkout scripts, API hooks)
- Google Tag Manager (Container builds, triggers, variables)
- REST APIs (CRM, analytics, and marketing platform integrations)
What You Bring
- Deep experience with Everflow or similar tracking platforms (e.g. TUNE, HasOffers, Impact)
- Strong front-end coding skills: HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Backend scripting and automation with Python and APIs
- A meticulous approach to data accuracy and tracking hygiene
- Excellent troubleshooting instincts and problem-solving speed
- Confidence leading technical projects, documenting processes, and mentoring others
- Strong English communication and ability to explain tech to non-tech teams
