Position Overview
The Director of Sales will own the sales strategy, execution, and revenue performance globally.
You’ll build, lead, and inspire a results-overall driven team while directly managing enterprise-level accounts and partnerships.
This role requires a proven leader in SaaS, data, or API-based solutions, with a deep understanding of enterprise landscape and a hands-on approach to sales leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the ongoing sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Hire, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team across all stages, from lead generation to pipeline.
- Oversee full sales cycles — from pipeline development through contract negotiation and closing.
- Cultivate strategic relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers across industries.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to align GTM efforts and maximize customer value.
- Track and report sales performance metrics, forecasts, and pipeline health to executive leadership.
- Stay current on market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing models to inform ongoing strategy.
- 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven success selling to mid-market and enterprise organizations globally and within the U.S.
- Consistent record of meeting or exceeding multi-million-dollar annual sales quotas.
- Experience leading remote and distributed sales teams.
- Adaptable and resilient, thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving growth and achieving goals
- Strong understanding of data infrastructure, APIs, or analytics solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales enablement tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
