The Director Sales – MENA+I is accountable for orders growth, revenue performance, and commercial execution across the Middle East, North Africa, and India region. This leader defines and executes the regional go-to-market strategy with a strong focus on accelerating growth through strategic channel partnerships, while driving funnel rigor, strengthening customer and EPC relationships, and delivering consistent commercial results

This role partners closely with global and cross-functional leaders to ensure balanced growth across new equipment and aftermarket, improved win rates, and a high-performing, channel-enabled sales organization

Responsibilities

· Lead and scale channel partner strategy and growth, including identification, onboarding, development, and performance management of distributors and agents across MENA+I

· Own regional commercial performance (orders, revenue, growth, and KPIs) aligned with AOP and operating rhythm

· Build and execute a MENA+I go-to-market strategy with strong emphasis on channel-led market penetration and coverage expansion

· Drive channel partner accountability, including clear targets, pipeline visibility, and execution standards

· Establish rigorous pipeline and forecasting discipline, including deal qualification and funnel reviews

· Develop strategic relationships with EPCs, licensors, and end users, leveraging partners to improve specification position and win rates

· Lead and coach regional sales resources and partner-facing teams to ensure alignment and performance

· Partner with Finance and Commercial Excellence on pricing, deal governance, and margin optimization

· Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure strong order execution and customer outcomes

· Drive standardization and continuous improvement across sales processes, CRM usage, and partner tools

· Ensure compliance with trade, ethics, and regional regulations

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field

· 10+ years of progressive sales or commercial experience in industrial or capital equipment sectors

· Experience driving sales growth through channel partner networks

Preferred Qualifications

· Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing channel ecosystems

· Strong commercial acumen (forecasting, pipeline, pricing, deal governance)

· Experience across direct and indirect (channel) sales models

· Experience in EPC-driven, project-based industries

· Background in rotating equipment or engineered products

· Arabic preferred; English required

· MBA or advanced degree a plus

· Regional and international travel required
