Role Overview
The Director of Global Dining Sales will lead a team of field and inside Account Executives focused on acquiring top-tier restaurant partners for the Resy and Tock SaaS platforms across key global markets.
This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role, responsible for driving growth, refining go-to-market execution, and scaling sales performance in a rapidly evolving dining technology landscape. The ideal candidate is an accomplished sales leader with a passion for hospitality, a deep understanding of SaaS business models, and a proven ability to inspire teams to deliver exceptional results.
You will partner cross-functionally with leaders in Strategic Partnerships, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, Implementation, and Revenue Operations to ensure alignment across pipeline generation, brand positioning, and market expansion.
Responsibilities- Lead, coach, hire and develop a high-performing team of inside and field sales managers and account executives to achieve and exceed growth targets.
- Drive a robust, data-informed go-to-market (GTM) strategy across priority and strategic global markets.
- Build predictable, high-quality pipeline management and forecasting using Salesforce and data analytics.
- Foster consistent execution of prospecting and acquisition activities, including outreach, events, and partnership engagement.
- Partner with Marketing and Strategic Partnerships to launch market-specific campaigns and drive lead generation across key hospitality segments.
- Equip the team with the skills and tools to deliver exceptional storytelling and product positioning tailored to different restaurant models (from Michelin-starred establishments to leading neighborhood destinations).
- Collaborate with Product and Implementation teams to provide field insights, influencing roadmap decisions and improving customer onboarding.
- Establish scalable sales processes, performance cadences, and reporting frameworks to enhance visibility and accountability.
- Oversee contract management and commercial governance, ensuring alignment with business strategy and compliance standards.
- Champion a culture of excellence, inclusion, and hospitality-driven innovation.
- 10+ years of sales leadership experience, including managing both inside and field teams in SaaS, technology, or digital commerce.
- Proven record of building and scaling teams that exceed quota and drive sustained revenue growth.
