UpEquity is looking for a Director of Sales Operations to design, implement, and refine the systems, processes, and insights that empower our sales and customer experience teams to deliver exceptional results. As the Director of Sales Operations, you’ll be responsible for driving operational efficiency and equipping our revenue teams with the tools, insights, and processes they need to succeed. Key responsibilities include:

What You’ll Do

  • Be a Strategic Partner – Work hand-in-hand with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product leaders to eliminate bottlenecks, unlock growth, and align revenue strategies.
  • Build & Scale Systems – Design and optimize sales workflows, playbooks, and processes that support rapid growth and deliver a consistent, best-in-class customer experience.
  • Turn Data into Action – Develop reporting frameworks and dashboards that empower leadership with clear, actionable insights.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement – Anticipate challenges, identify inefficiencies, and implement scalable solutions that improve productivity and performance.
  • Lead Change – Champion the rollout and adoption of new tools, processes, and technologies—ensuring teams are enabled and engaged for long-term success.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5+ years in Sales/Revenue Operations, ideally in a high-growth or startup environment.
  • Analytical Strength: Proven ability to translate data into strategic insights and influence decision-making.
  • Technical Skills: Expertise in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and working knowledge of BI tools.
  • Innovator Mindset: Demonstrated success in introducing and scaling new processes, tools, or systems that drive measurable results.
  • Leadership & Execution: Strong project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
  • Excellent Communicator: Able to distill complex ideas into clear, persuasive recommendations.
  • Collaborative Leader: Team-first mentality with a passion for enabling others to succeed.
