We're looking for a Senior Sales Enablement Specialist to join our dynamic team and take our sales strategies to the next level. Daily Job Functions

  • Commercial Blueprint Development: Create and maintain tailored elevator pitches for specific audiences and regions, competitive battlecards with key insights of competitor details and offerings, strategic discovery question frameworks to guide sales conversations to unlock customer insights, pain, and buying motivations, as well as objection handling playbooks with proven responses and strategies.
  • Content Development and Management: Work closely with product and marketing to develop and maintain sales collateral, playbooks, and other resources that support the sales process, ensuring content is up-to-date, relevant, and easily accessible.
  • Develop and Deliver Training Programs: Work alongside our global sales trainer to continuously improve sales training materials to ensure the sales team is equipped with the necessary knowledge, skills, and resources to succeed. Partner to rollout training to the sales team, with repeatability for adoption and checks to ensure knowledge.
  • Sales Tools and Technology Management: Participate in the selection, implementation, and optimization of sales tools and technology to streamline workflows and boost sales team efficiency.
  • Sales Process Optimization: Collaborate with sales leadership to continually refine and standardize sales processes to improve conversion rates, shorten sales cycles, and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Onboarding and Continuous Development: Work closely with the global sales trainer on the onboarding process for new sales hires, ensuring they have the tools, knowledge, and support to ramp up quickly and effectively.
  • Performance Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze sales performance data, identify gaps or opportunities for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance team effectiveness based on insights.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to align sales initiatives with broader company objectives, ensuring consistent messaging and seamless customer experiences.
  • Feedback and Communication: Act as the key liaison between the sales team and leadership, gathering feedback to continuously enhance sales processes, training, and tools.
  • Coaching and Support: Provide one-on-one coaching and support to sales team members, helping them overcome obstacles, refine their sales skills, and drive higher performance.
  • RFP Response Management: Lead the development and management of RFP (Request for Proposal) responses. Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, product, legal, etc.) to create accurate, compelling, and customized proposals that meet customer needs, align with company standards, and position our solutions as the best fit. Ensure RFP responses are timely, comprehensive, and align with our commercial objectives.


What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field, and/or international sales experience
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and working within deadlines
  • The ability to work independently and function as part of a team
  • Strong time-management skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with sales enablement tools for content management, training and engagement analytics is a plus
  • Experience working with Qvidian, or similar RFP software, is a plus
  • Ambitious and easy to work with
  • Assertive and able to communicate urgency when necessary
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office suite
