About the Role

We’re looking for a Sr. Manager or Director of Revenue to lead Snowpeak AI’s first monetization chapter - someone who can architect, execute, and scale the entire revenue engine from the ground up in the eCommerce B2B SaaS space.

This role blends hands-on full-cycle sales with go-to-market experimentation. You’ll own the pipeline, close deals, define pricing and packaging, and implement early RevOps processes to help Snowpeak AI transition from pre-revenue to predictable growth. You’ll be the connective tissue between product, marketing, and customers - ensuring our e-commerce AI solutions deliver tangible results for merchants and retail brands. Please note that this is a fully on-site role based in Irvine, CA.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue Ownership (0 → 1 Execution)

  • Develop and execute the full-cycle sales motion - prospecting, demos, negotiation, and close.
  • Define early revenue KPIs, pipeline health metrics, and deal forecasting discipline.
  • Establish pricing, packaging, and self-service purchasing models for e-commerce SaaS customers.
  • Partner with leadership on short-term and long-term revenue strategy (from direct sales to scalable inbound/self-serve).

Go-to-Market & Growth Enablement

  • Build a repeatable GTM playbook for B2B SaaS adoption in the e-commerce and retail AI space.
  • Leverage AI-driven tools for lead generation, outreach, and customer segmentation.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing on demand-gen campaigns and conversion tracking.
  • Drive strategic partnerships with e-commerce platforms, agencies, and mid-to-enterprise retailers.

Revenue Operations Infrastructure

  • Implement and maintain CRM processes (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent) for clean data and reporting.
  • Design the sales funnel and customer journey from awareness to renewal.
  • Partner with Finance to create forecasting and commission models.
  • Prepare dashboards and revenue analytics to inform leadership decisions.

Leadership & Scaling

  • Coach or hire Account Executives and BDRs as pipeline grows.
  • Foster a high-accountability, high-velocity sales culture focused on data-driven execution.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer internally - feeding market insights back into product and AI model improvements.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Compensation

The compensation for this position is $160,000 - $185,000+ (depending on experience).

Physical Demands

  • This is sedentary work which requires the following physical activities: reaching, sitting, lifting (≤25 pounds), finger dexterity, grasping, feeling, repetitive motions, talking, hearing and visual acuity.

Work Environment

  • Well-lighted, heated and/or air-conditioned indoor office setting with adequate ventilation.
  • Somewhat quiet but can be boisterous at times.
  • Attire is business casual

Qualifications:

  • 5 - 10 years of experience in SaaS sales, business development, or RevOps - ideally at an early-stage startup.
  • Proven record of building or leading 0 → 1 revenue systems (closing initial deals and defining process).
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce, retail tech, or marketing automation ecosystems.
  • Comfort working cross-functionally with product and data teams on technical AI-driven solutions.
  • Proficiency with modern GTM stacks (CRM, outbound sequencing, analytics, and AI sales tools).
  • A roll-up-your-sleeves mindset - able to sell, strategize, and execute.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with SaaS e-commerce self-service models or marketplace integrations.
  • Exposure to RevOps architecture, P&L ownership, or pricing optimization.
  • Network within e-commerce and retail brands.
