You will report directly to our Director of Quality Engineering, and you’ll work out of a Mexico location on a Hybrid work schedule.

Responsibilities- Governance of the enterprise Quality Management System
- Undertake the development and implementation of advanced quality control processes and procedures across multiple manufacturing, design centers and distribution centers.
- Develop and report Executive dashboards with KPI
- Engage in large-scale continuous improvement projects and transformation initiatives supporting Quality Engineering and initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, or mathematics.
- 8+ years’ experience in the manufacturing industry, demonstrating your understanding of the unique quality challenges in this sector.
- Advanced knowledge of quality control methodologies, tools, and industry best practices.
- Proven track record in quality engineering and management, reflecting your success in leading quality initiatives and delivering results.
- Experience in ISO9001, internal auditor.
- Proficiency in advanced quality tools and methodologies, such as Design of Experiments (DOE), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), and Statistical Process Control (SPC).
- Advanced Engineering degrees like EE (Electrical Engineering), ME (Mechanical Engineering).
- Certification in project management, such as PMP (Project Management Professional).
- Additional certifications in quality management, such as Six Sigma Black Belt, Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), or Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE).
- Exceptional analytical skills, with a visionary and strategic mindset.
- Deep understanding of industry standards and regulations.
