Own the Communications Strategy for One of the Fastest-Growing Consumer Portfolios in the World

Beast Industries is building a portfolio of category-defining consumer brands at remarkable speed, and we're looking for a seasoned communications leader to serve as the Director of Public Relations for our Consumer Goods & Services division. Reporting directly to the Chief Communications Officer, you will be the strategic communications lead for a growing portfolio that includes Feastables, Sour Strikes, MrBeast Lab, and future consumer ventures.

You will work closely with the President of Consumer Goods, VP of Marketing, Consumer Goods, brand leaders, and executive stakeholders to develop and execute integrated communications strategies that strengthen brand reputation, drive cultural relevance, support business growth, and amplify major launches and initiatives. You will also oversee and direct our external PR agency partners, ensuring alignment, accountability, and measurable business impact.

This is a highly visible leadership role for a communications professional who combines exceptional media instincts, deep consumer goods expertise, strong executive presence, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving, high-growth environment. You will serve as the communications authority for the consumer business, providing strategic counsel to senior leaders while driving proactive storytelling, issues management, and media engagement across multiple brands and markets.

What You'll Do
  • Develop and lead the overall communications strategy for Beast Industries' Consumer Goods & Services portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives and brand priorities
  • Serve as a trusted communications advisor to executive leadership, providing strategic counsel on reputation management, messaging, media engagement, and emerging issues
  • Build and execute integrated PR programs that generate earned media, strengthen brand equity, and support product launches, partnerships, retail expansions, and key business initiatives
  • Identify cultural, industry, and consumer trends that create opportunities for brand storytelling and thought leadership
  • Lead proactive and reactive communications planning, including issues management and crisis communications support when needed
  • Cultivate and maintain senior-level relationships with top-tier journalists, editors, producers, podcast hosts, creators, and industry influencers
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Social, Brand, Legal, Partnerships, and Executive teams to ensure communications strategies are aligned across channels
  • Oversee external agency partners, establishing priorities, evaluating performance, and ensuring best-in-class execution
  • Develop executive messaging, media materials, briefing documents, and communications frameworks for internal and external audiences
  • Establish measurement frameworks and regularly report communications performance, insights, and recommendations to executive stakeholders
  • Help shape the long-term narrative and reputation of Beast Industries' consumer brands as they continue to scale globally
What You'll Bring
  • 10+ years of progressive public relations and communications experience, with significant experience in consumer goods, food & beverage, retail, or CPG brands
  • Proven success developing and leading communications strategies for high-growth consumer brands
  • Deep relationships with national consumer, business, food, retail, lifestyle, and culture media
  • Experience serving as a strategic communications advisor to senior executives and cross-functional business leaders
  • Strong track record of securing impactful earned media coverage and driving measurable business outcomes through communications programs
  • Experience leading agency relationships and managing integrated communications initiatives across multiple stakeholders
  • Demonstrated expertise in reputation management, issues preparedness, and crisis communications
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to influence and build credibility across all levels of an organization
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment while balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution
  • Experience in-house at a leading consumer brand or within an agency supporting major CPG accounts is strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with the creator economy and the intersection of traditional media, influencer marketing, and digital content is highly desirable

Target total compensation ranges from $186,000 - $250,000, including a fixed annual salary of $155,000 - $210,000, a discretionary annual bonus, plus an employee equity plan grant, and comprehensive benefits.
