In this role you will work with the Business Transformation Team providing oversight and ownership of the Business Transformation MOS, enabling standardization of the functional processes.  You will also work with Corporate Accelerator team leading the IA Global Design Model implementation and deployment across IA. A successful candidate must be capable of translating objectives into a deliverable strategy to achieve business goals and create a competitive advantage. 

Responsibilities
  • Implement and manage IA Transformation MOS to support Growth and Transformation initiatives as well execution of Fixed Cost Power of 1 
  • Act as PM for Strategic Growth initiatives across IA 
  • On-boarding/training PMs, IA Functional Excellence alignment, NDA processes, metrics/reporting and related activities
  • Lead and Champion IA Accelerator program while interfacing with Corporate and IA Executive Leadership
  • Deployment and alignment of the Accelerator Business Models, Global Design Models and Lean Six Sigma across IA
  • Utilize Lean Six Sigma tools to drive IA cross-functional process improvement initiatives as requested by leadership.
Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in program management or related roles
  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Proven experience with creating and managing a strong cross functional MOS

  • Master’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field
  • Six Sigma Black Belt / Lean Expert preferred
  • Experience with process optimization, project management, operations management or equivalent
