The Director of Program Management for LATAM High Impact Initiatives will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating strategic initiatives that have a significant impact on the organization's objectives and goals. Will work closely with various cross functional stakeholders to ensure the successful planning, execution, and delivery of these projects within scope, schedule, and budget constraints. This role is based in our Needham, MA headquarters and is hybrid. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Project Planning and Initiation: 

  • Lead the development of project charters, defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria. 
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify project requirements and constraints. 
  • Establish project governance structures, including roles, responsibilities, and decision-making processes. 
  • Align with ELT, LATAM MD and other key stakeholders on the BT goals, key deliverables, mile stones and read-out reporting 

Resource Management: 

  • Work with functional managers to allocate resources effectively and ensure adequate staffing for project teams. 
  • Monitor resource utilization and adjust allocations as necessary to optimize project performance. 
  • Identify and address resource gaps or conflicts to ensure project continuity. 

Risk and Issue Management: 

  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential threats to project success. 
  • Proactively identify issues and obstacles that may impact project delivery and implement corrective actions. 
  • Maintain a risk and issue register, tracking and reporting on the status of mitigation efforts. 

Project Execution and Monitoring: 

  • Oversee project execution activities to ensure adherence to project plans and timelines. 
  • Monitor project progress against key performance indicators (KPIs) and milestones. 
  • Conduct regular project status meetings and provide timely updates to stakeholders. 

Change Management: 

  • Develop and implement change management strategies to facilitate organizational adoption of project deliverables. 
  • Communicate changes effectively to stakeholders and address resistance to change through engagement and education. 

Quality Assurance: 

  • Establish quality standards and processes to ensure deliverables meet expectations and requirements. 
  • Conduct regular quality reviews and audits to identify areas for improvement and corrective action. 

Stakeholder Communication: 

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing inquiries. 
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders. 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or related field; Master's degree preferred. 
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent highly desirable. 
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project/program management, with a focus on high-impact initiatives. 
  • Spanish and or Portuguese proficiency is a plus but not a requirement
  • Ability to travel internationally approximately 4 times per year (to Brazil & Mexico primarily)
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects from initiation to closure. 
  • Excellent presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively with Sr. Executives as well as throughout the organization 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software applications. 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities. 
  • Experience with Agile, Scrum, or other iterative project management methodologies.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices in project management and organizational change management.
  • Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance requirements related to project delivery. 
  • Previous experience working in a PMO or similar centralized project management function.

*This role is based in our Needham, MA headquarters and is hybrid with 3 days per week in office preferred.
