Job Description
(Remote, US only)
We're looking for a Director, Product Marketing to help us communicate the value of Bonusly and fuel ongoing success for the company. In this role, you’ll manage our Product Marketing team, own product messaging and positioning, develop all product content, support the sales team, partner with the Customer Marketing team and be the glue internally on all GTM communications. You’ll also collaborate closely with your peers in Marketing to launch campaigns, develop customer stories and drive the external GTM Strategy for upcoming product launches.

- Develop product messaging and positioning that demonstrates understanding of our customers’ needs and sets us apart from competitors
- Create content that illustrates the impact and value of Bonusly, including website pages, research and stats, customer stories, videos, one-pagers, and more
- Help the Sales team sell more effectively by developing competitive and enablement resources that position us strongly to prospective customers and differentiate our offerings
- Manage and mentor our current Product Marketing team member and hire new team members as we grow
- Own and iterate on our customer personas for companies of various sizes and create content that targets each persona
- Partner with the Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams on product and feature launches, contributing to product strategy and owning the launch components that lead to broader awareness and interest in Bonusly
- Collaborate with the entire Marketing team to launch campaigns that span web, community, social, email, ads, and other marketing channels

- Have 7 years of Product Marketing in the B2B SaaS space
- Have 4+ years of people management experience

Compensation:
- Base salary range: $140,000 - $165,000 + equity options
