Anteriad is seeking a growth-minded Product Manager to join our Digital Product Team. You will be part of a small, high-impact team that practices ownership, and shows up with an entrepreneurial mindset. In this role you will oversee the strategy, vision, and execution of Anteriad’s programmatic data solutions. You’ll collaborate closely with Data Engineering, Database Solutions, Data Science, Business Development, and Marketing to help our customers access data that enables success across the AdTech ecosystem. You will define how Anteriad’s extensive, global-reaching data can be used for targeting, licensing, insights, and more use cases

What You’ll Do: 

  • Manage a vast taxonomy of audiences spanning B2B and B2C, with varying methods of processing and querying input data 
  • Create and maintain the Audience Solutions product roadmap, incorporating strategies that optimize the use of identity, source data, build methodology, and platform onboarding 
  • Prioritize development efforts of the Audience Solutions data engineering team to drive towards North Star metric 
  • Design and monitor product KPIs to measure health of audience products 
  • Partner across Data Supply, Database Services, Engineering, Business Development, Marketing, Data Science, and Operations to develop and launch products in a seamless fashion 
  • Clearly communicate status, progress, and obstacles to cross-functional stakeholders and leadership. 

What You’ll Bring:  

      Required

  • Minimum 2 years of product management experience  
  • Minimum 3 years of AdTech experience including but not limited to; DSP/DMP IntegrationsData Productization, Programmatic Targeting, Audience Segmentation, Data Licensing, Taxonomy Design and B2B Identity Resolution.
  • Proven ability to deliver successful product experiences to customers using a data-driven approach 
  • Experience working in an Agile and/or lean development environment  
  • Ability to build a vision and communicate that vision upward and outward  
  • Ability to manage competing and evolving priorities  
  • Team player, skilled in the art of leading without authority  
  • Fast learner, independent, resourceful, problem-solver, result oriented  

        Nice To Have 

  • Experience within the B2B marketing technology, data or services space 
  • Prior experience managing audience targeting, insights, or measurement products 
  • Understanding of SQL or database management
