Data & AI-Driven Decisions:
Champions data-driven decision making by defining outcome-based metrics for the product family; guides teams on instrumentation, dashboards, and data quality.
Guides teams in applying experimentation and A/B testing to validate assumptions, inform prioritization, and optimize experiences.
Drives appropriate leverage of AI and data capabilities in both the product and the product development lifecycle (PDLC).
Extracts insights and promotes the value of insight extraction from complex data analytics; independently drives product/feature analytics.
People Leadership & Organizational Influence:
Provides leadership to multiple product teams; sets expectations, establishes performance measures, and ensures alignment to departmental plans and enterprise strategy.

The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00 - $260,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
