What you'll do: Director - Product Management, Medical in the Platforms and Products organization will
L ead the strategy, and hands-on execution of the ZAIDYN Medical product portfolio. This leader will be responsible for shaping the long-term product strategy, driving innovation across AI-enabled analytics solutions, and scaling the impact of ZAIDYN Medical within the pharmaceutical Medical Affairs ecosystem.
The role requires a hands-on, product leader who combines deep life sciences domain knowledge with strong technical and data product expertise. The individual will partner closely with engineering, data science, GTM teams, and clients to deliver scalable products that address critical needs across Medical Affairs.
In addition to portfolio leadership, this individual will mentor and grow a team of product managers, fostering a culture of product excellence and outcome-driven execution.
The ideal candidate brings deep experience building AI-powered data products in life sciences, understanding the complexities of real-world healthcare data, and can translate Medical Affairs workflows into scalable enterprise SaaS solutions. This leader will play a critical role in evolving ZAIDYN Medical into the industry's leading Medical Affairs intelligence platform.
Product Strategy & Vision
  • Define and drive the product strategy, and roadmap for the ZAIDYN Medical portfolio aligned with business growth objectives.
  • Identify market opportunities through customer insights, competitive intelligence, and industry trends within Medical Affairs and life sciences analytics.
  • Lead the conceptualization and launch of new AI-enabled and real world data-driven products that create measurable value for pharmaceutical companies.
  • Define product capabilities that leverage real-world data ecosystems, including claims, EMR/EHR, publications, digital engagement data, and scientific insights to
    drive actionable intelligence for Medical Affairs teams.
  • Lead the evolution of ZAIDYN Medical toward AI-driven decision intelligence, enabling Medical Affairs teams to move from descriptive analytics to predictive and prescriptive insights.
  • AI product strategy - Define the AI and advanced analytics product strategy across the portfolio, including the use of machine learning, generative AI, and knowledge graph technologies to extract insights from real-world data and scientific content. Responsible for: AI explainability, model validation, trust in medical decision
    workflows.

Product Development & Execution
  • Translate business and domain requirements into scalable product capabilities in partnership with engineering, architecture, and data science teams.
  • Define product features, data architecture requirements, and solution approaches that align with platform strategy.
  • Drive convergence of portfolio products into a unified Medical Affairs intelligence platform, ensuring interoperability, shared data models, and consistent user
    experience across the ZAIDYN Medical suite.
  • Own roadmap prioritization, balancing strategic investments, platform evolution, and key customer needs.
  • Ensure delivery of high-quality releases through strong product planning, design validation, and execution oversight.
  • Develop solutions that enhance critical Medical Affairs workflows, including KOL identification, scientific engagement planning, insight generation, and evidence based medical decision making.
  • Identify and develop strategic data partnerships to expand the value of ZAIDYN Medical products and enable richer analytics capabilities.
  • Support CSM and professional services teams in client success from implementation to adoption and usage.

Market Engagement & Commercialization
  • Partner with Sales and Go-to-Market teams to support product positioning, messaging, and customer adoption.
  • Engage with clients and industry stakeholders to gather feedback and refine product direction.
  • Act as a product evangelist internally and externally, representing ZAIDYN Medical across strategic client engagements and industry forums.
  • Define product packaging, pricing strategy, and commercialization models that enable scalable growth of the ZAIDYN Medical product portfolio.

Product Leadership & Team Development
  • Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing product management team.
  • Establish best practices for product management including product discovery, roadmap planning, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Drive alignment across product, engineering, consulting, and GTM teams to ensure successful product outcomes.

What you'll bring:
Experience & Domain Expertise
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technology discipline; having Biosciences with analytics background is preferred.
  • 10+ years of professional experience with 7+ years of product management experience in enterprise software, ideally in life sciences or healthcare technology.
  • Strong understanding of Medical Affairs or pharmaceutical R&D workflows.
  • Experience building data-driven and AI-enabled analytics products.

Data & Platform Knowledge
  • Experience working with healthcare and life sciences datasets such as Rx and claims data, EMR/EHR data, Digital and omnichannel engagement data
  • Understanding healthcare data governance and privacy frameworks including HIPAA, PHI protection, GDPR, and consent management.
  • Familiarity with data interoperability standards and healthcare data ecosystems

Product & Commercial Expertise
  • Experience building and scaling enterprise B2B SaaS products.
  • Proven success in product definition, pricing, commercialization, and adoption.
  • Experience conceptualizing and launching data products and analytics solutions.

Leadership & Collaboration
  • Strong managerial and people-management skills with experience coaching product managers.
  • Ability to collaborate across engineering, data science, consulting, and commercial teams.
  • Strong executive communication and presentation skills
