The Director of Product Management is the leader of the product management function, accountable for the total Lithograph product lines P&L, the quality and execution of the PM team, and the strategic direction of the product line across a 1–5 years horizon. The Director must combine the technical credibility to engage with CTO-level conversations at tier-1 fabs and chemical formulators, the commercial depth to own a multi-hundred-million-dollar P&L, and the leadership capability to build, coach, and hold accountable a team of product managers who are each expert in their own domain. Critically, this person is the bridge between the BU VPGM's commercial ambitions and the PM team's day-to-day execution. They translate corporate strategy into a coherent portfolio framework, remove obstacles that block their team, and escalate opportunities that require resources above PM authority.
