The Gemini Agents PM lead will lead a team of PMs focused on developing Gemini’s next generation of Gemini’s capabilities, including pushing the frontier of agentic capabilities,  improving the model’s thinking abilities, and partnering with product teams across Google to develop incredible agentic experiences.

The role

 

Key responsibilities

  • Manage a team of PMs supporting critical efforts to Gemini Agents 
  • Drive Gemini’s strategy in developing capabilities for agentic applications
  • Partner across Google and Google DeepMind team, to drive goals towards key requirements from Gemini models 
  • Partner with Gemini Research leads to define next-gen agentic capabilities, and develop novel research efforts & techniques to bring new ideas to life
  • Support cross-functional bets including Robotics, with high-quality Gemini checkpoints

About you

 

In order to set you up for success as a Director of Product at Google DeepMind,  we look for the following skills and experience:

  • BSc or MSc in Computer Science or equivalent technical field
  • At least 10 years of PM experience (or equivalent sets of landings)
  • At least 3 years of management experience, including managing senior PMs 

In addition, the following would be an advantage: 

  • Experience managing large, complex product strategies, and multiple senior PMs 
  • Able to effectively work with senior leadership across multiple different organizations and points of view 
  • Previous experience in leading model strategy and development, and ideally 0-1 product development

The US base salary range for this full-time position is between $253,000 - $379,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your targeted location during the hiring process.
