Work Arrangement: Hybrid, Boston-based
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end design that fuels user growth, increases revenue and optimizes insurance comparison experience.
- Partner with product, engineering and marketing to ensure seamless integration of design into the business objectives.
- Oversee and mentor a team of product designers fostering a culture of innovation, data-informed creativity and user-centered design.
- Experiment with data-driven design approaches to optimize conversion and maximize customer lifetime value
- Leverage user research, AB testing and behavioral analytics to iterate on product features
- Monitor design impact on growth, revenue and the business
- Own design roadmap and collaborate with product and engineering leaders to meet company goals and targets
Qualifications
- 10+ years of product design experience with 5+ years in leadership roles, strong background in growth and revenue-focused design.
- Mastery of design tools like Figma, Sketch, prototyping platforms
- Deep understanding of conversion funnel optimization
- Proven track record of A/B testing and iterative design processes
