We're seeking an experienced Director of Product & Design to lead and oversee both Product Managers and Product Designers while defining and executing the product strategy across our enterprise SaaS platform.
This leadership role combines strategic vision, organizational leadership, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver exceptional products that drive business growth and customer success.
Responsibilities- Define and execute the overall product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Product Managers and Product Designers
- Build and scale the Product organization, establishing best practices, processes, and a strong product culture
- Own the performance and success of the product portfolio, ensuring alignment with company objectives
- Partner closely with Engineering, Sales, Delivery, Marketing, and Executive Leadership to drive business outcomes
- Drive product discovery, customer research, market analysis, and competitive positioning
- Prioritize strategic initiatives based on customer needs, business impact, and market opportunities
- Define and monitor product KPIs, OKRs, and success metrics to guide decision-making
- Build strong relationships with enterprise customers, strategic partners, and executive stakeholders
- Champion user-centric product development while balancing technical feasibility and business priorities
- 7+ years of Product Management experience, including significant experience in enterprise SaaS
- 3+ years of leadership experience managing Product Managers, with experience leading and developing multidisciplinary product teams
- Experience managing or partnering closely with Product Design teams
- Proven track record of defining and executing product strategy for enterprise software products
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, Agile methodologies, and product discovery frameworks
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using product analytics and data-driven decision making
- Experience with product analytics platforms (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel)
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and modern product management tools
- Strong understanding of technical architectures and enterprise software systems
Skills Required
- 7+ years of Product Management experience, including enterprise SaaS
