Key Responsibilities / Duties:
· End-to-end implementation of systematic multi-asset, commodity, and derivative income portfolios in accordance with investment guidelines.
· Daily monitoring of positions against model targets; rebalancing portfolios due to cashflows and model weight changes; and rolling derivatives positions
· Actively monitor macro, equity volatility, and funding markets and incorporate insights into optimizing funded and unfunded instruments used to gain market exposure. Contribute to internal research projects surrounding these efforts
· Engage regularly with internal business partners across other investment teams, client service, compliance, legal, risk, trading, and operations for new and existing mandates. Develop and maintain relationships with sell-side counterparties.
· Contribute to continuous improvement of the team’s technology stack and order management system. Identify operational frictions, assist in automating workflows, and designing new tools.
Work Experience / Knowledge:
· 3+ years of experience in a quantitative portfolio implementation role
· Experience with macro strategies, derivatives, and options is strongly preferred
· Programming experience required

· Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment, while working on multiple deliverables concurrently and adapting as necessary
· Self-motivated; working both independently and collaboratively, both as a leader and a team member
· Strong communication skills, as this role will be occasionally client facing, with responsibility for representing the team’s research capabilities at in-person client meetings

Formal Education:
· Undergraduate degree in Business, Economics, Finance preferred; Graduate degrees are a plus
· CFA or CAIA preferred
Working Conditions:
· Normal office environment with little exposure to noise, dust, and temperatures
· Normally works a regular schedule of hours, however hours may vary depending upon the project or assignment
