We're looking for a Director of Performance Media to define, lead, and implement comprehensive paid media strategies across all channels, including digital, search, social, display, programmatic, TV, OLV, traditional and streaming audio, OOH, and print. This individual will ensure measurable results and develop strategies that align with market needs and client goals. You will own senior media client relationships, ensuring strategic alignment and defining clear roles and priorities for tactics—upper, middle, and lower funnel to optimize media investment. Additionally, you will enable team growth and expansion in the Digital practice area.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop comprehensive media strategies, including deck creation, media mix analysis, budget and channel allocation, target audience development, and competitive insights
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to integrate first-party data into audience strategy and build measurement frameworks
  • Plan, implement, and optimize campaigns across multiple platforms with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring alignment with the client brief
  • Integrate learning agendas into media plans, translating high-level goals into actionable test and learn pilots for continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with Client Success and Senior Leadership to support account plans and strategies for growth and client satisfaction
  • Accurately scope engagements, build efficient operating models and team structure and own the transition from sales to delivery
  • Lead a highly skilled team with an analytical lens to achieve client success outcomes, deliver value, and meet critical metrics
  • Demonstrate expertise in media metrics and data analytics, connecting performance to business value
  • Innovate our programmatic, affiliate, native, video, content discovery network, mobile, and shopping ads solutions
  • Support practice advancement, including resourcing, career development, service offering definition, and thought leadership initiatives

What you’ll need:

  • 15+ years of success building client relationships and leading teams delivering media solutions
  • Extensive experience in all facets of media, including objective setting, audience targeting, data analytics, design, messaging, channel selection, budget management, conversion tracking, testing, optimization, attribution, compliance, and privacy
  • Expertise in both digital channels (paid search, paid social, display, video, mobile, programmatic) and traditional channels (TV, OOH, radio, print)
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, economics, statistics, or a related field from an accredited college/university; an advanced degree is a plus
