We're looking for a Performance Marketing leader who can elevate both the quality of our work and the capabilities of our team.
As Director, Performance Marketing, you'll lead our Performance Marketing function, coaching and developing a team of strategists while ensuring we consistently deliver thoughtful, high-impact marketing strategies for our clients. As a senior leader within the organization, you'll collaborate across teams to help shape how our services, people, and operations evolve over time.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys developing people as much as solving marketing challenges. The strongest candidates will be equally comfortable coaching a team member, discussing strategy with a client, and collaborating with peers to solve broader business challenges.

- Coach, develop, and support a team of marketing strategists, creating clear expectations, accountability, and opportunities for growth.
- Ensure the quality and consistency of client strategy, helping teams solve complex marketing challenges and deliver measurable business results.

- Collaborate with leaders across the organization to improve processes, align resources, and help shape how our teams and services evolve over time.
- Use data, performance insights, and market trends to guide decision-making and improve client outcomes.
- 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or growth marketing roles.
- 3+ years leading, coaching, and developing marketing professionals.

- Experience partnering directly with clients and managing complex stakeholder relationships.
- Ability to translate business goals into clear marketing strategies and actionable plans.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience leading teams within an agency, consulting, or other client-service environment preferred.
- You genuinely enjoy coaching and developing others, and find satisfaction in helping teams succeed.
- You take ownership of challenges, focus on solutions, and follow through on commitments.
- You’re comfortable making decisions in evolving environments where priorities shift and not every answer is known upfront.
- You build strong relationships and communicate effectively with clients, teammates, and leaders across the organization.
- You’re curious about new tools and technologies, including AI, and interested in experimenting with ways they can improve our work.
