• Lead and manage complex healthcare capital projects from inception through completion
• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare clients to understand their facility needs
• Create and implement project delivery strategies aligned with healthcare regulatory requirements
• Manage project teams including architects, engineers, contractors, and internal staff
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and quality assurance for healthcare facilities
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations including AHCA, FGI Guidelines, and Joint Commission standards
• Identify new business opportunities within the healthcare sector
• Mentor junior project managers and contribute to team development

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• 10+ years of experience managing healthcare construction projects
• Strong understanding of healthcare facility regulations and standards
• Proven track record of successful project delivery in healthcare environments
• Experience with capital planning and healthcare-specific project budgeting
• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
• PMP certification preferred
• Healthcare-specific certifications (ACHA, CHC, LEED) advantageous

• Strategic thinking with deep healthcare industry knowledge
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Financial acumen for complex healthcare project budgeting
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities
• Client-focused approach to project delivery
• Ability to navigate complex healthcare stakeholder environments
