The Opportunity
To achieve our ambitious goals, we’re looking for a Director, Partner Solutions to join our Global Channels and Alliances Organization. This leadership role will be responsible for an organization of seasoned Channel Market Leaders and key strategic initiatives. This team leads and manages the Channel strategy for extending Grammarly's business model by building and developing a portfolio of consulting, services, and selling partners. The leader will be responsible for growing and shaping the market teams to build Grammarly's presence and market share globally for the years to come.

As a Director, Partner Solutions, you will be responsible for growing and shaping the market teams to build Grammarly's presence and market share globally in the upcoming year, taking a holistic view of the overall business and ensuring that decisions are made with future growth in mind.
- You possess a strong drive and analytical mindset, making you an ideal candidate for the business professional role. With experience managing and expanding indirect sales and delivery teams, you have a deep understanding of how to generate value and increase volume through partnerships with hundreds of partners and thousands of customers. Your focus lies in driving channel initiatives while also maintaining and executing the channel strategy for extending Grammarly's business model by developing a portfolio of consulting services and selling partners.
- Your expertise extends to navigating complex partnership models to assemble the right portfolio of capable partners to ensure customer success. You approach your work with a process-oriented mindset, utilizing metrics to inform data-driven decision-making. Recognizing the importance of aggressive partner practice development, you understand that investing and enabling partners will yield long-term benefits.
- Coming from an enterprise software vendor background, you are eager to seek new challenges at a hyper-growth company where innovative business models can be explored without hesitation.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of work experience with a minimum 10 years of enterprise software industry business development experience developing value-added resellers or related channel business.
- 10+ years of experience in Partner Sales and/or Business Development.
- Demonstrates leadership and passion to build and optimize.
- Experience that demonstrates an ability to establish and maintain relationships effectively.
- Ability to profile, identify, and recruit system integrator/consulting firms and technology partners worldwide.
- Outgoing, self-motivated, organized, creative, respectful, high level of integrity and with a can-do attitude.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.

Grammarly takes a market-based approach to compensation, which means base pay may vary depending on your location. Our US locations are categorized into two compensation zones based on proximity to our hub locations.
Base pay may vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The expected salary ranges for this position are outlined below by compensation zone and may be modified in the future. The expected “On Target Earnings” (OTE) for this role are outlined below and may be modified in the future.
United States:
Zone 1: $300,000 – $375,000/year (USD)
Zone 2: $270,000 – $338,000/year (USD)
The commission portion for this role will be 30% of the On-Target Earnings (OTE). The market-based compensation differentials will be applied only to base pay for commission-eligible team members.
