Your Role: Director, Partner Development & Activation

We are seeking a Director of Partner Development & Activation to lead the growth and activation of our partner supply across digital performance channels. This role oversees the partner recruitment lifecycle—from discovery and onboarding to reactivation and monetization—and plays a key role in aligning supply opportunities with marketer demand.

The Director of Partner Development & Activation will collaborate closely with Sales, Growth, Marketing, Research, and Compliance teams to ensure seamless alignment across demand pipelines, partner sourcing, and strategic initiatives. This role is both strategic and hands-on, balancing leadership responsibilities with direct execution to drive measurable partner success.

What You’ll Be Doing: 

  • Lead partner recruitment & growth – Build and execute strategies to discover, recruit, and activate new partners across affiliate, influencer, media buying, and other digital performance channels.
  • Drive partner lifecycle success – Oversee the full partner journey from onboarding and enablement to reactivation and long-term monetization.
  • Align supply with demand – Collaborate with Sales and Growth teams to match partner opportunities with real-time marketer needs, ensuring maximum ROI for both sides.
  • Develop scalable processes – Partner with Research and internal stakeholders to design repeatable frameworks and tools for identifying, vetting, and onboarding high-quality partners.
  • Maximize partner activation – Conduct ongoing audits and engagement campaigns to convert long-tail and underutilized partners into high-value contributors.
    Collaborate cross-functionally – Work with Marketing, RevOps, and Compliance to ensure partner pipelines, positioning, and processes are efficient, secure, and strategically aligned.
  • Contribute to strategic growth – Support high-value client pitches and cross-department initiatives by bringing supply-side insights, data, and partner opportunities to the table.
  • Lead & mentor – Manage a growing team of partner development professionals, fostering skill growth and career development while building a high-performing function.

Qualifications That Make You a Fit 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Experience in affiliate marketing, partner management, or business development (2–5+ years depending on seniority).
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing ecosystems, including networks, SaaS tracking platforms (e.g., Tune, HasOffers, Impact), and affiliate communities.
