The Director of Operations (DO) is responsible for implementing operational standards to ensure consistent practices, procedures and standards across kiosk and facility operations. The position engages in staffing/scheduling, operational performance and financial plan goals through delivery of customer and end customer/consumer satisfaction. Ability to influence and negotiate providing guidance and oversight to internal and external teams. The position will have direct reports across the United States.

Duties & Responsibilities
Sets the data driven, operational strategy per facility and kiosk location to deliver expected P&L results
Develops cost analysis of labor and inventory in order to set budgeted targets
Implements production, food safety, store operations and CK operational policies and procedures for implementation company-wide
Oversees food safety to ensure uniformity with safety standards
Provides clear direction on production instruction to ensure proper training and understanding of corporate production standards
Works with other departments to ensure operational procedures are being followed in a consistent manner across all kiosk locations
Adheres to all relevant local and federal laws and regulatory guidelines
Implements company strategy and establishes short-term and long-term goals and business plans with Management
Contributes strategic ideas to leadership team on needed actions
Provides senior leadership team with ongoing recommendations to establish new standards in the company's best interest
Provides guidance to area managers to ensure they are moving forward in line with established corporate protocol
Consistently reviews and provides feedback to area managers to ensure a consistent way of working and accountability
Enforces corporate policies and procedures

Qualifications10+ years’ relevant experience within the food production industry/retail execution and a 4 year degree in business or related field to include managerial responsibilities; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to create a data driven, execution strategy aligned to the commercial strategy and executing goals to ensure financial and strategic success
Understanding of retail strategy and execution across multiple environments and channels
Must have proven leadership skills in conjunction with analysis, problem solving, and innovation skills
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to use a computer and Microsoft Suite and other business related programs to drive the business
Flexibility to travel up to 75% as required
Strong grasp of Hana Group standards, mission and core values
