As a Director of Operational Excellence (m/f/d) here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the implementation of Honeywell Manufacturing Excellence (HMX) across multiple business units. Responsibilities· Strategize and oversee the success of the implementation of Honeywell Manufacturing Excellence (HMX) across the business
· Work with the individual sites to Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for HMX, aligning it with business goals and objectives
· Provide guidance and mentorship to HMX Senior Managers and teams in implementing Lean methodologies and tools
· Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HMX site assessments initiatives, making recommendations for enhancements
· Prepare monthly updates with sites and Senior management aligned with deliverables for each of the sites under scope of responsibilities.
· Participate in operational improvements as needed within the sites under scope of responsibilities to include productivity improvements tied to continuous improvement.
QualificationsYOU MUST HAVE
· Extensive experience and mastery in implementing and driving continuous improvement initiatives
· Extensive experience in proven leadership of managers and individual contributors
· Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies
· Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
· Ability to clearly and concisely communicate at all levels of the organization.
