As a Director Operational Excellence here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in driving operational efficiency and effectiveness across the organization. This role is responsible for developing and implementing the operational excellence strategy, identifying areas for improvement and efficiency, and leading cross-functional teams to drive process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives. The Director monitors and analyzes operational performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful execution of operational excellence initiatives. With strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills, the Director of Operational Excellence inspires and motivates teams, drives change management, and fosters a culture of continuous improvement.
