We are seeking a seasoned and compassionate Director of Nursing to lead our clinical operations at a FIVE star 126-bed facility in Dallas, Texas. This community includes skilled nursing, memory care, and assisted living residents, and we’re looking for a leader who can champion quality care, regulatory excellence, and team development.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee nursing services across skilled nursing, memory care, and assisted living units

  • Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations

  • Lead and mentor nursing staff, fostering a culture of accountability and compassion

  • Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures

  • Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support holistic resident care

  • Prepare for and lead successful regulatory surveys and audits

  • Serve as a liaison between residents, families, and staff

Qualifications

  • Active RN license in Texas

  • BSN required; MSN preferred

  • Minimum 3 years experience as a Director of Nursing in long-term care

  • Strong background in regulatory compliance and survey readiness

  • Experience with memory care and assisted living populations preferred

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
