Responsibilities
- Provide operational leadership and oversight for Primary Care and Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) services across all agency locations.
- Supervise and support nursing and medical support staff, including staffing, scheduling, workflows, performance, training, and professional development.
- Develop and improve clinical workflows, policies, procedures, and processes to enhance patient care, access, efficiency, and consistency across locations.
- Collaborate with medical providers and organizational leadership to monitor quality, compliance, productivity, patient outcomes, and operational performance.
- Lead EHR initiatives, staff training, quality improvement efforts, and medical operational projects while promoting integrated, patient-centered care.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; associate degree with a minimum of one year of relevant experience accepted.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required.
- Experience with clinical office workflows and healthcare operations preferred.
- Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR), particularly NextGen
