Requirements
- LPN or LVN licensure is required in state of practice.
- RN licensure is required in the state of practice.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as an RN or LPN in assisted living, skilled nursing, or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 3 years leadership experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in assisted living, skilled nursing, or a related field is preferred.
