Position Overview:
The Director, Partner Sales will report into the Senior Director, Partner Sales and be responsible for building, executing, and optimizing a scalable network marketing and social selling strategy that drives customer acquisition, revenue growth, and partner engagement. This role will focus on empowering independent affiliates, ambassadors, and network sellers with the right tools, training, and support to drive business success.
This role is ideal for a candidate with hands-on experience as an independent consultant in affiliate marketing, direct sales, or network-driven commerce. Unlike traditional corporate-focused roles, this position will leverage expertise from working directly with social sellers, influencers, and brand advocates, bringing an entrepreneurial mindset to scaling programs effectively.
The Director will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Operations to develop the infrastructure, processes, and enablement programs that fuel sustainable growth in the network marketing channel.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Network Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement a scalable network marketing strategy, focusing on social selling, affiliate marketing, and referral programs.
- Build and refine onboarding, training, and engagement strategies to empower independent sellers and brand affiliates.
- Work closely with internal teams to align partner-driven initiatives with marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand goals.
- Monitor and optimize program performance, tracking key metrics such as partner acquisition, retention, and sales conversion rates.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies to enhance the program’s effectiveness.
Sales Enablement & Training
- Design a sales enablement framework that provides affiliates with the right tools, content, and education to succeed.
- Develop training materials, playbooks, and workshops tailored for network sellers, influencers, and referral partners.
- Partner with internal subject matter experts (Marketing, Sales, Compliance) to ensure sellers have accurate product knowledge and effective messaging.
- Implement technology solutions (CRM, learning platforms, dashboards) to support partners and track engagement.
- Drive continuous education initiatives, including webinars, coaching sessions, and certification programs.
Business Development & Relationship Management
- Identify, recruit, and onboard high-value partners to scale the network marketing and social selling program.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with top-performing affiliates and brand ambassadors, ensuring long-term engagement and growth.
- Develop incentive structures, commission models, and promotional strategies that drive retention and performance.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all partner-driven sales activities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as the internal champion for network marketing and sales enablement, working closely with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Operations.
- Align with Revenue Operations to ensure seamless tracking, reporting, and analysis of partner-driven revenue.
- Collaborate with Customer Support and Success teams to provide best-in-class experience for network partners.
- Work with Marketing to create content, promotional assets, and go-to-market strategies tailored for social sellers.
Qualifications & Experience:Must-Have:
- 5-7+ years of experience in network marketing, affiliate marketing, direct sales, or social commerce.
- Proven experience as an independent consultant or leader in affiliate-driven business models.
- Strong knowledge of peer-to-peer selling, influencer marketing, and social commerce strategies.
- Experience designing sales enablement and training programs for independent sellers or affiliate partners.
- Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills to work with both partners and internal teams.
- Data-driven mindset, with the ability to track program performance and optimize based on insights.
You will likely have:
- Experience in healthcare, wellness, or subscription-based business models.
- Familiarity with CRM, sales enablement, and analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Tableau).
- Background in fast-paced, high-growth environments with a strong ability to adapt and innovate.
- Strong network within the affiliate and direct selling community.

This salary represents Henry Med's good faith and reasonable estimate of the possible compensation for this role at the time of posting, and Henry Meds may ultimately pay more or less than the posted salary. The final salary for this position will be determined by Henry Meds sole discretion, consistent with applicable law, and based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the employee’s work experience, skills, and qualifications for the role, as well as the needs of Henry Meds business and other operational considerations.
