We are seeking a high-energy, entrepreneurial, and tenacious sales professional to lead our Multi-Dwelling Unit (MDU) and gated community fiber internet expansion efforts in Phoenix, Arizona. This role offers the opportunity to take a leadership position in developing a new business line within a high-growth, innovative fiber internet company.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan targeting MDUs and gated communities throughout the Phoenix metro area.
- Build and manage relationships with property owners, property management companies, and homeowners associations (HOAs).
- Generate leads and prospect new opportunities through outreach, networking, and local market knowledge.
- Lead and coordinate sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations with decision-makers.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, engineering, operations) to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Track and report on sales metrics and progress against goals.
- Serve as the local market expert and brand ambassador for our fiber internet services.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in MDU and/or gated community sales is strongly preferred.
- Background in property management, real estate development, or telecom/fiber sales is a strong plus.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-starter with a growth mindset and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
