WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
This role will report to the Sr. Director, Local Planning and Sales Operations and exists in the Ampersand NY office location. The Director of Local Campaign Operations will interface with stakeholders across multiple functions, internally and externally. The Director will impact operational efficiencies and performance across the Local TV landscape by identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement along with the implementation of quality assurance guidelines. The Director is a dynamic person that will bring innovative thinking, strong analytical skills, and a passion for excellence to help scale and grow our business.
HOW YOU'LL BE CONTRIBUTING:

  • Act as primary lead amongst all stakeholders in the management of Local linear operations across regions.
  • Manage Sales Ops Managers (4) and support their efforts in transacting local linear business successfully in a post-sales environment as well as accountability, training and recruitment.
  • Maintain best practices for campaign stewardship throughout the life of the campaign.
  • Activating operational best practices for the local linear business with Sales, and our external partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-initiative workstreams to ensure teams and efforts are aligned with campaign deliverables.
  • Partner with various stakeholders across teams and initiatives and provide regular updates to key stakeholders while ensuring accountability is enforced.
  • Inform key stakeholders of any workflow or process updates.
  • Implementing change based on workload metrics and standard operating procedures.


WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team effectively. Experience in mentoring and supporting team members is valuable.
  • Experience working closely with diverse local sales and campaign management teams Collaborating with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners is essential for success in this role.
  • Strong written and speaking communication skills to provide regular updates to executive stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of local TV AdTech ecosystem and ensuring client success.
  • Deep knowledge of TV buying life cycle pitch to pay.

Salary Range Disclaimer
The base salary range below represents the low and high end of the Ampersand salary range for this position in the NYC Metro Area. Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate of the applicable range. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including, but not limited to, experience and performance.
The range listed is just one component of Ampersand's total rewards package for employees. Other rewards may include discretionary annual bonuses and / or overtime, commission, etc., as well as competitive benefits including PTO, medical & dental & vision benefits, 401K with employer match, short & long-term disability, basic life insurance, tuition reimbursement, pre-tax commuter benefits & flexible spending accounts.
Salary Range Transparency
This role has a NYC Metro Area base salary of $110,000-$140,000 and discretionary annual bonus.
