Your Role

Prominence is looking for a Director of Marketing who will lead the development and execution of strategic brand initiatives, driving growth and market differentiation through compelling storytelling, consistent visual identity, and impactful campaigns. This role will be instrumental in shaping the brand's voice and positioning across all channels, with a strong emphasis on leveraging artificial intelligence to optimize marketing performance, personalize customer experiences, and enhance decision-making. The ideal candidate will combine creative vision with data-driven strategies, fostering innovation and collaboration across teams to elevate brand presence and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Requirements

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead comprehensive brand strategy to drive awareness, loyalty, and market leadership across all platforms.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand voice, business goals, and target audience engagement.
  • Utilize AI-driven tools and analytics to inform decision-making, personalize customer journeys, and optimize campaign performance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with innovation, sales, and customer success teams to ensure brand consistency and cohesive messaging.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities and threats to brand growth.
  • Own the marketing technology stack, identifying and implementing AI-powered solutions to improve efficiency and innovation.
  • Drive content strategy and development, ensuring storytelling is compelling, consistent, and data-informed.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs and ROI metrics to assess the success of brand initiatives and continuously refine strategy.
  • Act as a brand guardian, ensuring all internal and external communications reflect brand standards and values.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and marketing trends, especially in the AI and digital space, to maintain a competitive edge.

Education, Training, and Experience

  • 5+ years of progressive marketing experience.
  • Proven track record of building and evolving strong, differentiated brands across digital and traditional channels.
  • Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools and platforms in marketing strategy, campaign execution, or customer experience personalization.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing analytics, attribution modeling, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong background in managing integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, content, social, email, and paid media.
  • Successful history of managing and scaling marketing technology stacks, including CRM, automation, and AI-powered tools.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, product, and executive leadership to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
  • Industry experience in tech or fast-paced, innovation-driven environments preferred.

  • Must be able to sit or stand at a computer and work independently.

  • Must be able to sit or stand at a computer and work remotely and independently from personal home office
  • Willingness to travel for onsite meetings and business reviews as needed

Hours Worked

This is a Full Time, 40 hour per week position.
