Compensation Range: $175,000 to $185,000 base plus bonus and equity

What You’ll Do:

As the Director of Marketing Operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless operation and integration of our marketing technology stack and provide best practice guidance for marketing systems management, enabling technical infrastructure and reporting and analytics for all marketing functions. This role will lead MrTech processes, operations planning, marketing infrastructure, systems health, research and analysis, and establish a data-backed decision-making mindset across the demand functions within the GTM Operations team.


You will lead a team of marketing operations professionals responsible for managing HubSpot and Marketo platforms, integrating operations with Salesforce, and establishing data pipelines that enable cross-department metric tracking, attribution, lead scoring, and lead routing. 


Martech Stack Management

  • Take ownership of the HubSpot and Marketo platforms, ensuring their effective implementation, configuration, and ongoing optimization to support marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Manage all marketing integrations with Salesforce and other external marketing tools, ensuring data flow accuracy and consistency
  • Collaborate with the IT and data teams to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to marketing systems and integrations
  • Oversee the management and maintenance of the marketing database, ensuring data cleanliness, accuracy, and compliance with data privacy regulations
  • Develop and implement data governance practices to improve data quality and optimize database performance


Lead Scoring & Routing

  • Operationalize and maintain lead scoring models in concert with Marketing Analytics to prioritize and qualify leads based on their engagement and fit with our target customer profile
  • Implement lead routing strategies to ensure leads are appropriately distributed to the sales team for timely follow-up and nurturing


Team Leadership & Management:

  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing operations professionals, providing guidance and support in executing day-to-day tasks and projects
  • Set clear goals and performance expectations for the team, conduct regular performance evaluations, and identify opportunities for growth and improvement


Process Optimization

  • Continuously review and optimize marketing operations processes to increase efficiency and streamline workflows
  • Identify opportunities to leverage automation and technology to improve marketing operations and enhance team productivity


Requirements

  • Proven 10+ years of experience in marketing operations with intermediate knowledge of SQL.
  • Expert-level proficiency in HubSpot and Marketo, including platform and workflow management and administration
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce integration and experience with multiple external Martech products
  • Deep knowledge of lead scoring models, lead routing strategies, and database management best practices
  • Previous experience managing and leading a team of marketing operations professionals
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining data accuracy and integrity
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
