Care Alliance Health Center is seeking a Director of Marketing & Communications to lead the organization’s marketing, communications, branding, and messaging strategy.

This leadership role is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns, strengthening brand visibility, supporting patient growth, and ensuring consistent internal and external communications across the organization. The Director will partner closely with executive leadership to shape messaging, support high-visibility initiatives, and align communication strategies with organizational priorities.

About the Role

The Director of Marketing & Communications provides strategic oversight of all marketing and communications functions. This includes campaign planning, brand management, executive communications, media strategy, internal communications, external communications, performance tracking, and team leadership.

This role is ideal for a creative, strategic, and collaborative communications leader who can balance big-picture planning with hands-on execution and strong cross-functional partnership.

What You’ll Do

Key responsibilities include:

  •  Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and communications strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Lead the planning, design, and execution of marketing campaigns and organizational initiatives.
  • Ensure campaigns align with service lines, growth priorities, and organizational objectives.
  • Develop messaging, timelines, and workflows to support successful campaign execution.
  • Oversee content creation and campaign rollout in partnership with the Public Relations & Marketing Coordinator.
  • Maintain consistent organizational messaging and brand standards.
  • Review and approve marketing materials, public-facing content, and communications.
  • Partner with the CEO on messaging, speeches, presentations, public statements, and executive visibility
  • Support media preparation, interviews, public appearances, and high visibility announcements.
  • Oversee internal communication strategies to support employee awareness and alignment.
  • Lead external communications, including marketing materials, public relations, and digital presence.
  • Monitor campaign and communication performance using data, analytics, and stakeholder feedback.
  • Establish priorities, workflows, and performance expectations for the marketing and communications function.
  • Partner with leadership, clinical, operational, and outreach teams to align messaging and avoid duplication.

Work Environment

  • Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience leading campaigns, messaging strategy, and communications initiatives.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholders.
  • Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and project management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree
  • Experience in healthcare, nonprofit, or community-based organizations
  • Experience with digital marketing, analytics tools, and campaign performance tracking.
