Iterative Health is seeking a Director, Life Sciences. This external-facing role will require strong communication and external knowledge of the biopharma and clinical trials landscape, in addition to a strong strategic skill set. A successful candidate will work collaboratively with a diverse team of life sciences, customer success, product, technologists, and clinical experts to drive growth and expansion of our trials business and make a huge impact.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Cultivate relationships with biopharma and biotech partners, selling Iterative Health services and acting as an external facing representative of IH to the scientific and research communities
  • Support evolution of clinical trial recruitment strategy, including business development, product offering, pricing and contracting, etc.
  • Identify opportunities for customer expansion, growth and evolution of alliance management
  • Work cross-functionally with operations, product, life sciences, etc. to ensure and optimize alignment on client goals and trial recruitment

Required skills:

  • Deep network of biopharma / biotech contacts and relationships across clinical research, development and operations
  • Independent self-starter comfortable owning workstreams end-to-end
  • Aptitude for collaborating cross-functionally to drive business growth
  • Experience in an MSL, medical affairs or clinical operations role at a biopharma/biotech or CRO
  • Strong written/verbal and external communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred skills:

  • Experience across gastroenterology and/or hepatology
