Summary:

The Director, Learning & Development will create, manage, and evaluate employee training programs to enhance skills and support organizational goals. The will report to the Chief People Officer.

Description:

  • Assess training needs, design curriculum, develop training materials (both online and in-person), and deliver or facilitate sessions. 
  • Measure the effectiveness of these programs and aligning them with the company's strategic objectives. 
  • Needs assessment: Identify knowledge gaps and development needs.
  • Program design: Create and update training programs, curriculum, and learning materials, such as presentations, manuals, and online modules.
  • Program delivery: Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars, often using blended learning approaches.
  • Technology and platforms: Utilize learning management systems (LMS) and other e-learning tools to deliver and track online training.
  • Develop and manage Front Row University sessions

Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in learning & development
  • Proven success in designing and executing scalable learning programs across different employee levels
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Passion for employee development and cultivating inclusive, growth-minded cultures
  • Experience in a high-growth, evolving environment; familiarity with L&D tools (e.g., LMS, AI tools, survey platforms); and certification in learning design, coaching, or facilitation are a plus

SALARY - $155,000 - $165,000
