General Purpose: We are looking for an experience IT leader with a strong background in AWS and cloud operations. A successful candidate will have excellent written and verbal skills, be organized and have expert level skills in running Cloud Operations for SaaS based Product Companies. You will help define and enforce our Cloud Operations Policies and Procedures, and security.
Dir – IT is responsible for the strategic and tactical leadership of the Cloud Ops Services delivered on AWS Cloud for Rxlogix Clients.
You must be capable of leading from the front lines, this position requires both hands on technical experience as well as management skills. Reporting to the VP of Information Technology, you will be responsible for architecting and implementing hosted solution for our SaaS products.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and technology vision to the IT Cloud Ops team
- Ensure compliance to international standards of operational excellence
- Provide leadership in innovation and automation for Cloud Ops
- Document, implement and monitor adherence to IT security standards
- Assess and improve operational metrics
- Oversee and execute process improvements and the development of policies, procedures, methods, and tools in support of delivery.
- Work with clients to ensure adherence to SLAs
- Log aggregation and analysis
- Build the needed team to operate globally the services with the appropriate mix among Company staff and partner or provider services.
- Be accountable for Cloud Ops Spends and provide cost optimizations
- Address security related issues and incidents
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of AWS Cloud Operations experience, for a Product Company
- 12+ years of IT management experience
- 8+ years of AWS experience
- 3+ years of experience with Identity & Access Management tools
- 10+ years of Linux & Windows Security administration.
- Should have Experience of GDPR implementation
- Should have Experience of 27001 implementation
- Should have Experience of writing Information Policies, SOPs, and work instructions
- Should have experience of Managing Cloud security
- Conduct Internal Audits
- Experience with Vulnerability scanners, IDS and IPS deployment and monitoring
- Experience with SIEM tools
- Experience with Incident Response & Management, Vulnerability Management, Patch Management
- AWS Certification is mandatory
- Tech Candidates from reputed Univ will be preferred
Additional Qualifications
- Experience with Datadog or equivalent monitoring tools (Logz.io, Splunk, Nagios, SumLogic)
- Experience with practices such as Change Management and Configuration Management
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code and tools such as Chef, Ansible, Puppet
- Experience hardening Operating Systems and Applications (Centos, RHEL, Ubuntu, Windows)
- Endpoint security management
- Experience working in GxP environments
