THE POSITION

As a Director of Integrated Supply Chain Operations here at Honeywell, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our end-to-end supply chain processes. You will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the integration of various supply chain functions, from procurement and production to distribution and logistics.


You will report directly to our Senior Plant Director, and you’ll work out of our Olathe, KS location on an On-site work schedule.


In this role, you will impact the efficiency of production and delivery of products, ultimately driving the success of the company. By optimizing processes and making strategic decisions, you enhance efficiency, cut costs, and align strategies with business goals. Your focus on risk mitigation and technology integration ensures a resilient and competitive edge. Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 


  • Lead and execute operational strategy across manufacturing, aligning production capabilities with long-term business objectives, growth plans, and customer demand
  • Champion enterprise-wide Lean transformation, deploying advanced Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies to drive a culture of operational excellence and measurable performance gains.
  • Own end-to-end production performance, ensuring achievement of safety, quality, delivery, cost, and inventory targets while continuously improving efficiency and scalability.
  • Develop and implement strategic capacity and resource plans, integrating demand forecasts, capital investments, and workforce planning to support sustainable growth.
  • Build and develop high-performing leadership teams, providing direction, coaching, and succession planning for managers and functional leaders across operations.
  • Ensure compliance and risk management, maintaining the highest standards in safety, regulatory adherence, and operational discipline.
  • Drive operational transformation initiatives, including digitization, automation, and Industry 4.0 capabilities to improve visibility, productivity, and decision-making.
  • Establish and govern KPI frameworks, leveraging data analytics to monitor performance and drive fact-based decision-making.
  • Lead new product introduction (NPI) and process innovation, ensuring operational readiness, manufacturability, and cost competitiveness.


Qualifications

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

Due to US export control laws, candidates must be U.S. citizen, perm resident, protected status under asylum/refugee, OR can obtain export approval.


YOU MUST HAVE

  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing or supply chain operations, including multi-site or complex environment oversight.
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale operational transformations, including Lean deployment, cost-out initiatives, and productivity improvement programs.
  • Strong people leadership and organizational development skills, with a history of building high-performing teams and leadership pipelines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with familiarity in ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems and other relevant software.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices, emerging trends, and technologies in supply chain management.
