Fullscript is looking for the right person to drive our internal mission of becoming an AI-first company. We believe that AI will transform the workplace and allow us to focus more closely on valuable work.. We want to kickstart these initiatives by working collaboratively with team members from across the company to identify process gaps and build or implement solutions to fix them. 

We are looking for someone passionate about organizational change and internal processes. This is a new role and you will have the opportunity to shape it to what it needs to be, balancing expediency, the goals of leadership, and a vision for the future. 

What you’ll do:

• AI Strategy & Vision – Architect and implement a company-wide AI strategy that rethinks our processes for an AI enabled future while aligning with business goals and driving competitive advantage.
• AI Governance & Ethics – Establish policies and best practices for responsible AI usage, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Innovation & R&D – Lead AI-driven innovation, staying ahead of emerging trends and integrating transformative AI solutions into business operations.
• Cross-Functional Leadership – Partner with engineering, product, data science, legal, and HR teams to scale AI initiatives responsibly and effectively.
• AI Literacy & Enablement – Drive AI education across teams, fostering a culture of AI adoption while mitigating risks.
• AI Vendor & Partnership Management – Evaluate and collaborate with AI vendors, startups, and research institutions to accelerate innovation.

What you will bring to the table:

• A vision for the future of work
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Experience with multiple generative AI tools, machine learning, natural language processing, modern LLMs, and an understanding of their risks and benefits
• Engineering leadership experience
• A desire to explore new sources of information to help uncover new business opportunities at all levels of the business (strategic to operational) with focus on AI areas
• Project and change management experience
• A results-driven mindset
• Practical experience building and deploying AI tools at scale
