At the center of it all are those who direct and manage our Integrated Teams because they are responsible for the overall success of our work. Ideal candidates for the Director, Integrated Teams position will have 8+ years of agency experience in account services or integrated project management, and the ability to deliver integrated campaigns.

  • Manage day-to-day execution of integrated campaigns, ranging from the planning and strategy phase all the way through final execution and reporting
  • Work closely with project managers and producers to ensure the quality and efficiency of projects and campaigns
  • Establish and manage client relationships, including managing expectations and delivering truly excellent work
  • Develop deep understanding of clients’ businesses and needs and make Fast Horse an indispensable and trusted partner
  • Display a strong grasp of strategy, creative and amplification (paid/earned/owned media) disciplines, along with the ability to push the work at every turn
  • Ensure all work is “on brief,” on budget and meets established KPIs
  • Develop campaign SOWs, manage budgets, and ensure accurate expense tracking and client billing
  • Spot opportunities and challenges before clients do
  • Immerse yourself in the workings of our disciplines, our process and become an expert on how integration can produce amazing work and bring value to our clients and people
  • Step outside of your comfort zone at work and in everyday life
  • Contribute to a culture and environment that fosters professional development, personal growth and respect for diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging for all employees
