- 持有效驾照，拥有车况良好的车辆
- 出色的沟通谈判能力
- 熟练使用办公软件，包括 PowerPoint、Outlook、Word 和 Excel
- 优秀的时间管理和组织能力
- 卓越的人际交往、分析和表达（书面及口头）能力

Skills Required
- College diploma or higher and/or relevant professional qualification such as CFP, CLU, ChFC, or TEP
- At least 5 years of financial industry experience
- Experience marketing to independent life insurance advisors
- Sales and sales management experience
- Valid driver's license and a vehicle in good condition
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
- Two professional references, including at least one supervisor or higher-level professional
