Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who’s naturally curious, brings energy, and is genuinely excited about what technology can do for a growing law firm. This isn’t a “keep the lights on” role — we want someone who spots opportunities, thinks ahead, and actually gets things done. You’ll need the confidence to build trust with partners, along with the mindset to challenge how things have always been done.
This is an entrepreneurial environment — things move quickly, initiative is valued, and people are expected to take ownership. If you’re looking for a role where you can make a real impact, shape how technology is used across the firm, and help a high-performing business stay competitive, this could be a great fit.
Who We’re NOT Looking For
A pure “keep the lights on” IT manager who focuses only on maintenance and support without thinking strategically.
Someone overly theoretical or hands-off who prefers designing strategy but not owning execution or outcomes.
A rigid, process-heavy operator who struggles in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment or hesitates to challenge the status quo.

- Comprehensive benefits package.
- Hybrid work arrangement: 4 days onsite at our Manhattan office; remaining days remote.
