What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute people initiatives to foster a positive employee culture, focusing on development and engagement.
- Oversee the performance review process, providing guidance to managers and employees on goal setting, feedback, and professional development.
- Address employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances in a fair and timely manner.
- Design and implement surveys and feedback mechanisms to measure employee engagement. Analyze data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for enhancing the employee experience.
- Conduct investigations as necessary and recommend appropriate actions.
- Continuously review and update HR policies and programming to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations; ensure effective communication of policy changes.
- Manage and oversee the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding process, collaborating with relevant stakeholders.
- Provide operational support to the People team, including troubleshooting issues, providing guidance, and resolving conflicts, both domestically and internationally.
- Conduct exit interviews for employees to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop a strong partnership with teams including Finance and IT
- Develop and implement a comprehensive compensation strategy that aligns with the organization's global business objectives and supports a high-performance culture
- Oversees all aspects of compensation programs, including salary structures, bonus plans, equity awards, and other incentives
- Provide leadership and guidance to one direct report while supporting professional development.
- Lead the end-to-end visa application process, including H-1B, L-1, TN, and other relevant visas. Ensure all visa applications comply with federal and local regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in HR management or related roles.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- HR and/or Compensation Professional Certification is nice to have but not required
- In-depth knowledge of compensation principles, market trends, and regulatory requirements
- Strong knowledge and experience in creating and implementing compensation programs
- Strong ability to manage and prioritize tasks, even when facing competing deadlines.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Flexible and responsive, capable of adapting to changing business needs.
- Reliable team player with the ability to work independently.
- In-depth knowledge of immigration laws and regulations.
*Compensation Range: $140,000 - $170,000

Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience; training; associated responsibilities; and other business and organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire.
